Delivery and Returns

Delivery Notice - Due to the increased numbers of online orders and the measures we have put in place to keep our colleagues safe including reduced team size and social distancing whilst packing, orders may currently take up to 10 days to be delivered for nationwide orders. We hope you will understand, and we will endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible.

 

Standard UK delivery

Regular package - £4.95 

Local delivery - £5.00

Heavy goods - £8.95 

Delivery times are not guaranteed, this is an indication only.

Please Note - we try to recycle and reuse boxes where possible, so your order may arrive in a box with different branding/product descriptions to what's in your order.


COLLECTION FROM THE SHOP
A collection of your order from the Deptford shop is possible.This option will be given to you at checkout and an email notification will be sent to you when your order is ready to collect.


DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
Delivery instructions are given at your own risk. If you give instructions for a parcel to be left with a neighbour or specific place unfortunately Forest can not take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels if a parcel is delivered and something goes wrong.


RETURNS & REFUNDS
We are happy to refund or issue a credit note for items returned in perfect condition within 21 days from receipt.
We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days from receipt. However during busy times, this might take slightly longer. We will email a confirmation once the refund has been made. Please bear in mind that your bank requires time to process/refund you which might add an additional 3-4 days, depending on whom you bank with.

If you decide you would like to return your order, postage will be at your own expense unless the item is faulty or damaged.Please include a piece of paper with your order number and name on it in the box.

DAMAGED GOODS

If the box arrives damaged, please take photographic evidence before opening your parcel, so we can claim compensation from UPS on your behalf. Any broken or damaged items must also be photographed with their original packaging in order for us to refund you. 

CHRISTMAS GIFTS / RETURNS
We offer extended returns policy for Christmas gifts and goods can be returned until 15th Janurary for a refund.
