Please Note - we try to recycle and reuse boxes where possible, so your order may arrive in a box with different branding/product descriptions to what's in your order.
COLLECTION FROM THE SHOP
You can collect your order from the Deptford shop Tuesday to Sunday. This option will be given to you at checkout and an email notification will be sent to you when your order is ready to collect.
Online orders for click and collect can be picked up from our Dulwich shop with a few days notice. If you would like to collect from East Dulwich, please let us know in the "notes" section found in your shopping cart. You should still select Deptford as the collection point at checkout. Please note it will take us a couple of days to prep you order and have it sent to our Dulwich shop, so orders should be placed a few days in advance.
LOCAL DELIVERY (1-3 working days)

Delivery instructions are given at your own risk. If you give instructions for a parcel to be left with a neighbour or specific place unfortunately Forest can not take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels if a parcel is delivered and something goes wrong.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We are happy to refund or issue a credit note for items returned in perfect condition within 21 days from receipt.
We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days from receipt. However during busy times, this might take slightly longer. We will email a confirmation once the refund has been made. Please bear in mind that your bank requires time to process/refund you which might add an additional 3-4 days, depending on whom you bank with.
If you decide you would like to return your order, postage will be at your own expense unless the item is faulty or damaged. Please include a piece of paper with your order number and name on it in the box.

Plants are packaged as safely and securely as possible by our plant-loving team, using tried and tested methods. However it is inevitable that occasionally damages will occur, despite our precise packaging. But please don’t worry if this happens - simply get in touch and we will do everything we can to get it sorted.
If any part of your parcel arrives broken or damaged, please email email@example.com. If the box arrives damaged, please take photographic evidence before opening your parcel, so we can claim compensation from UPS on your behalf. Any broken or damaged items must also be photographed with their original packaging in order for us to refund you.
If the damaged product is in stock and you would like a replacement we will end one out to you. However our plants and products sell out fast, so if this isn’t possible a refund will be given.
Whilst we do our best to ensure the product photography accurately represents the plants sent, please bare in mind that some variations will occur in natural products - that's what makes these living things so special!
