Exclusively made in Tamegroute, Morocco. Each pot is finished with deep green glaze that flows into exposed natural clay. The three "chip" marks which appear on the rim of each pot are an example of the handmade nature - they come from where the pots are separated after being stacked in the kiln.
The clay is sourced locally to the artisans in Morocco, shaped by hand, fired in kilns using wood or dried olive pits, and finally glazed with a mixture of minerals like copper oxide to achieve the distinctive green colour.
Each pot is handmade so expect natural variations in shape, glaze and finish.
These pots have no drainage hole and are not frost proof, so are suitable for indoor use as a nursery pot cover only.
