This big and beautiful cactus, also known as the Golden Barrell Cactus, is extremely low maintenance and easy to look after if housed in the right conditions. They can handle extreme amounts of sunlight and dry heat, and should be placed in a spot with direct light if possible. They store plenty of water in their bulbous body so water only when the soil has fully dried out, leaving it dry for longer periods of time in winter. Avoid placing in a room with naturally high humidity as they prefer warm, dry air.
